"Texting Music" - Morse Code

Morse Code is texting sounds and not characters.

It is a private and personal messaging system.

Developed about 200 years ago by Samuel Morse.

Morse Code was used in the Civil War 1861-1865.

Used by all armed forces again during WW2.

Ham Radio operators use Morse Code.

Non-Ham Radio operators use Morse Code.

It is considered a global universal language.

Morse Code is actually music to the listener.

If you can recall a number of popular music tunes,
you can learn Morse Code, and like music,
you will always remember the tunes
of familiar music over your entire lifetime.
